Delivery

The total is calculated on the server when you check out, from the same figures shown here. Nothing about your basket can change it from the browser.

The Republic of Ireland, to a full address including Eircode. We ask for the Eircode because couriers here route on it, and an order without one is the most common cause of a delivery going astray.

We do not ship outside Ireland yet. The checkout will not accept an address that is not Irish, rather than take your money and disappoint you later.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; after that, the next working day. Once dispatched, An Post and courier deliveries within Ireland are typically next working day, with the west and offshore islands sometimes a day longer.

We quote dispatch times, not guaranteed delivery dates, because the leg we control ends when the parcel is collected. If a delivery date matters to you, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

When an order is marked as shipped we record the tracking number against it. You can look up any order with its number and the email you used at track an order.

It should not happen: stock is decremented when a payment completes, and units are held the moment you start a checkout, so two people cannot buy the last one. If it does happen — a miscount, or damage found at picking — we contact you the same day and refund in full. We will not quietly ship a substitute.
