Terms and conditions
This wording has not been reviewed by a solicitor.
It is a working draft written to describe how Kickroom actually operates, and it sets out the statutory rights Irish and EU law already give you. It is not legal advice, and it has not been checked by a qualified adviser. Have it reviewed before trading.

When a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email after your payment succeeds — not when you click pay, and not when the browser shows a confirmation screen.
That distinction matters. Payment is confirmed on our server from Stripe's signed webhook, so a page that says “paid” always reflects a payment Stripe has actually told us about.
Prices and mistakes
Prices include Irish VAT and are shown in euro. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout, calculated on our server from the product record — never from anything your browser sends us.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price and we have not yet dispatched it, we may cancel and refund you in full rather than fulfil the order. We will tell you, not just cancel silently. This does not apply to a price we simply regret.
Stock
Stock figures are live. If an item becomes unavailable between your order and dispatch, we cancel that line and refund it in full. We do not substitute a different product without asking.
Delivery
Republic of Ireland only. €5.99 standard, free over €75.00. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail on the delivery page.
Your right to cancel, and faulty goods
You have 14 days to change your mind, and separate statutory rights if goods are faulty. Neither is affected by anything on this page. Both are set out on the returns page.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and never reach ours: we do not receive, process or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes at any point.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with pricing, stock, discounts or order status, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We rate-limit and log requests, and we may refuse service.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to exclude.
Governing law
Irish law applies, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the country where you live.
