Fit by silhouette
These are general guides for a regular-width foot. If you have wide feet, lean toward the roomier end; narrow feet, the snugger end.
- Air Jordan 1 (High & Low) — true to size for most. Roomy toe box; if you're between sizes, go down a half.
- Air Force 1 — runs about a half size large. Most people size down 0.5.
- Nike Dunk / Dunk Low — runs slightly large. Half-size down suits many; true to size if your feet are narrow.
- Nike Blazer — true to size.
- Yeezy Boost 350 V2 — runs small. Size up a half.
- Yeezy Slide — runs large. Size down a full size (or a half if you like them snug).
- New Balance (990, 2002R, 550) — roomy but true to size; a wider fit than most Nikes. Some go down a half.
- adidas Samba / Gazelle — run long and narrow. Size down a half.
- Converse Chuck Taylor — run large. Size down a half.
- Vans (Old Skool, Authentic) — true to size.
- Nike Air Max (90, 95, 97) — true to size for most.
Measure your foot the right way
- Late in the day (feet swell), stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure heel-to-toe in centimetres. Do both feet — use the larger.
- Add about 0.5–1 cm of wiggle room, then match that length to a brand size chart.
- When you're between two sizes, use the silhouette notes above to decide which way to round.
Tip · Width matters as much as length. If a model is known to run narrow (Sambas, Gazelles) and you have wide feet, prioritise width over going up in length.
US, UK and women's conversions
Our product pages list US sizing. A US men's size is roughly a UK size minus one (US 9 ≈ UK 8). Women's-to-men's converts by subtracting 1.5 (a women's US 9.5 ≈ men's US 8).
For unisex silhouettes like the Jordan 1 or Dunk, most listings use men's US sizing — so women should take their usual size and add 1.5 to find the men's equivalent.
