Our 30-day promise

You can return any pair within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund, as long as it's in the same condition you received it.

What we need

• The sneakers unworn, with no marks or wear on the soles.
• All original tags, laces and accessories included.
• The original box, protected inside an outer shipping box (please don't tape or label the shoe box itself).

How to start a return

Email hello@thekickroom.comwith your order number and the pair you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes our authenticity and condition check, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original pair and place a new order for the size you want — that's the fastest way to lock it in before it sells out.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us straight away at hello@thekickroom.comand we'll make it right — including covering return shipping.
