The details
This is a 120 cm artificial palm with 18 plastic fronds, each about 34 cm long and 22 cm wide. It needs no watering, light or care, and works as a corner plant in a living room, hallway, office or covered patio.
It is sold without a pot: the supplier's own photo is marked "Without Pot". The stem stands up in a heavy planter, a pot filled with stones or clay balls, or you can fix it in place yourself. Buyers say it looks realistic once the leaves are fanned out and that the base needs weighting or tying to stand properly.
The leaves are plastic, so they will not feel like a living plant, and strong sunlight over a long time can fade them. The supplier describes it as suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration. Shake or dust the leaves from time to time and wipe with a damp cloth.
Why we stock it
About 120 cm tall with 18 large fronds
No watering, light or upkeep needed
Plastic leaves that suit indoor and covered outdoor spots
Sold without a pot, so it fits any planter you already own
Good to know
Does it come with a pot?
No. The supplier's photo marks it 'Without Pot'. You will need your own planter, weighted with stones or clay balls so it stands upright.
Does it need assembling?
Yes, a little. The leaves and stem are put together and the fronds are fanned out. Buyers say it looks best once fanned out and weighted at the base.
Can it go outside?
The supplier says it suits indoor and outdoor decoration. Plastic can fade in strong sun, so a sheltered spot is best.
