About the set
The English Romance Dawn arrived on 2 December 2022, five months behind Japan, and hit the same wall: Bandai's initial English allocation was gone almost immediately and the game spent most of 2023 unavailable at retail. The set is 121 cards across the East Blue and Alabasta arcs, and it is where the Manga Rare treatment — a card printed in black-and-white manga panel art — enters the English game.

Why collectors hold it
No sealed English One Piece product trades anywhere near OP-01. It is the first set, the print run was sized for a game nobody had heard of yet, and it has never been reprinted in its original configuration. Collectors tell the two printings apart by the colour of the box bottom, and they trade at very different levels: this is the blue-bottom first printing, not the later white-bottom reprint.
