About the set
Team Up released on 1 February 2019 and introduced Tag Team GX, the mechanic that defined the rest of the Sun & Moon era. Pikachu & Zekrom GX is its most famous card and was a format staple for two years; Celebi & Venusaur GX and the Detective Pikachu promo tie-in gave the set a reach beyond the usual player base.

Why collectors hold it
Team Up is where sealed Sun & Moon becomes genuinely rare. It is the first Tag Team set, it left distribution in 2020, and it did so before sealed boxes were being systematically warehoused — so very little of what shipped to Europe was set aside. Full sealed boxes are correspondingly hard to find here. Ours are priced against completed sales rather than asking prices.
