Out of the box they felt stiff and the heel rubbed a bit. I nearly returned them after day 3. By week two they had softened up completely and now they're probably my most worn shoe. True to size, court-inspired look works with basically any fit. Condition on arrival was great — no marks, clean insoles. Would've been 5 stars if the break-in wasn't so rough.
